International Shipping Policy

ANIÁN ships worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates for your location, inclusive of duties and taxes. 

Duties & Taxes: All international orders outside of North America may be liable for paying the country of origin’s regulated duties and taxes. These duties and taxes are not determined or collected by ANIÁN. These charges are solely the responsibility of the customer to complete payment to their carrier, broker, or customs authority. All duties and taxes are non-refundable as per ANIÁN return policy.

Shipping Methods

ANIÁN ships with FedEx, Canada Post and other Couriers, selection will be determined based on selection in checkout and order shipping address.

Our standard free shipping option will ensure parcel delivery within 3-10 business days. Upon making a purchase, you have the option to upgrade your parcel delivery to either of the two expedited shipping options:

  • Express $30: 2-4 business days
  • Priority $50: 1-2 business days

Please be advised, that these delivery dates are estimates and are based on business days. Weekend days are not included in these estimates.

Shipping Liability and Responsibility Disclaimer

ANIÁN is responsible for all shipped goods until the shipping company demonstrates successful delivery of shipment. Once the courier has accepted and delivered your shipment ANIÁN relinquishes all responsibility for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

In the event that you encounter any liability concerns associated with your package while in the custody of the courier company, please reach out to the courier to initiate a claim. Upon successful initiation of the claim process, please reach out to our online support team to provide an update on the progress of your claim.

Additional Shipping Insurance - SWAP Shipping Protection

For a small fee you may add SWAP Shipping Protection to your purchase. Coverage rates are based on cart value. To add shipping protection simply add to cart in the checkout process.

  • Coverage: Protects against damage, loss, or theft of packages during transit.
  • Claims Process: Claims for "delivered" packages must be filed 3-30 days after the delivery date.
  • Lost Packages: Claims for missing packages must be filed 5-30 days after the last checkpoint.
  • Resolution: 
    • Canada - Refund, store credit or replacement shipment within 48hrs
    • International - Refund or Store Credit within 48hrs

Please be advised, shipping insurance is non-refundable after the order has been shipped or the order has been requested for return.

In-Store Pick-up Order Policy

Orders placed for local in-store pickup must be collected within 7 days of receiving the "Ready for Pickup" notification. Orders not collected within the 7-day timeframe will be cancelled and refunded. Sale items will be refunded to store credit.

Please be advised that your Order Confirmation email does not signify that your order is ready for pickup. Please refrain from visiting the retail store until you receive the "Ready for Pick-up" email confirming that your order is ready for collection.

Please visit the store prepared with your "Ready for Pick Up" email and photo identification. This is required to retrieve your order. If you wish for someone else to collect your order on your behalf, please inform the retail store or leave an order note at the time of checkout.

We are unable to change the pickup location to another store and pickup orders are not able to be shipped. If you need to change the pickup location or ship the order, contact the store where you placed it or our online support team to cancel the order and assist with placing a new one.

Wholesale Shipping Policy

All wholesale orders are shipped FOB Origin - risk transfers to buyer once goods are received by carrier.

Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and destination and are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are added and invoiced during fulfillment.

Please inspect all shipments upon delivery. Any shortages, damages, or discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
